We use Microsoft Clarity in its cookieless mode to understand how visitors use our storefronts and to identify usability or technical issues. Clarity may collect page views, clicks or taps, scrolling, mouse movements, browser and device information, approximate geographic information, and data used to reconstruct interactions with an individual page. Clarity also produces aggregated heatmaps.

We send denied analytics-storage and advertising-storage signals before Clarity loads. Clarity does not set cookies or persist an identifier across page views through this configuration, and we do not use Clarity for Microsoft Advertising. We configure Clarity to mask form inputs and sensitive account, checkout, and order content. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Clarity does not load. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Microsoft states that Clarity playback data is normally retained for 30 days, while click data, heatmaps, and labeled or favorited sessions may be retained for up to nine months.
