Every order includes a lifetime limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, including bonded gold that tarnishes, flakes, or discolours under normal wear.

The warranty does not cover lost or stolen items, normal scratches from daily wear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs and modifications.

Warranty coverage applies only to purchases from authorized sellers, including the official store, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. Purchases from unauthorized resellers or resale marketplaces are not eligible.

Open the order in your account, choose the product-quality reason, and add photos of the piece. Our team reviews every claim and confirms the outcome — there is no time limit on a covered defect.
